Trondelag for Konfekt Magazine

The small, historic mining town of Røros, 600 metres above sea level in the Trøndelag region of central Norway, is one of the country’s coldest places south of the Arctic Circle – yet it is emerging as Norway’s food capital. Konfekt takes a meandering trip to Røros from the city of Trondheim, detouring to island hop in the fjords, to discover the culinary characters reinvigorating the region’s cuisine.
