I was commissioned by the European Capital of Culture, Bodø2024 to make a short film and SoMe package showcasing the cultural transition the arctic Norwegian county of Nordland is experiencing after the announcement that Bodø and the region will be ECC
I travelled around the county during the autumn and winter of 2021 visiting the key institutions and individuals who are powering the regions cultural shift.
